      Gary Reed Fenn, 40, of Wakeman Road, Millerton, died suddenly at Vassar Brothers Hospital, Poughkeepsie, as a result of injuries suffered in a truck accident on Route 52, Stormville. Born in Sharon March 25, 1943, he was the son of Merrill Fenn of Reno, Nev., and Charlotte Manning Fenn of Millerton. Mr. Fenn served one term as a trustee on the Village Board of Millerton and was first lieutenant and chief truck driver for the Millerton Fire Department. He was also a member of the fire company rescue squad. He was a member of the Millerton American Legion Post No. 178, the VFW in Salisbury, and the Millerton Rod & Gun Club. He played with several softball teams. He served with the U. S. Air Force in Vietnam for four years. He was married to Catherine Snow in December 1973 in Sheffield, Mass. She survives. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Todd Fenn and Tyler Fenn, both at home; a daughter, Lee Ann Fenn, at home; a brother, Ross M. Fenn of Germantown; a sister, Jacqueline Fenn of Millerton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be on Thursday, March 8, at the Valentine Funeral Home, Millerton. The Millerton Fire Department will conduct services at 8 p.m. and American Legion Services will follow.
