251 In 1911 census, sisters Margaret and Mary are living with their uncle John Smithwick in Dungourney: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Cork/Dungourney/Dungourney/435497/ Smithwick, Mary (I1956)

252 In Anne's birth registration, the mother is listed as Anne Buckley, but I believe that to be a typo, considering the following evidence: Edward's mother who lived with him until 1904 was Anne Buckley; there are no other Anne Buckleys in the region found of child-bearing age; there are no wedding or death records for an Anne Buckley or Rosney of the correct age. I believe this Anne Rosney to be a child of Mary Molloy. Rosney, Anne (I6474)

253 In both censuses, he reports being born in Limerick.  Connell, Michael (I6973)

254 In Catholic parish register, mother appears to be incorrectly listed as "Ellen" for Thomas (1871) and Mary (1874), and "Mary" for Joseph (1872).  Family F827

255 In death registration, noted as from Murroe. Clohesy, Michael (I4156)

256 In researching a date for this, I am confused because I did find a Michael Hogan born to Michael Hogan and
Bridget Delahunty in Cahircalla, Ennis, Clare on this date, but the birth registration for Michael born to Michael and Bridget Howard is in February.
Hogan, Michael Francis (I114)

257 In the 1930 census, there is a Rosa aged 70 living with the family - not sure if this is Isadore or Goldie's mother. She immigrated in 1924. Spiegelman, Isadore (I6880)

258 In the 5 Aug 1749 edition of Pue's Occurrences, published in Dublin, Patrick Smithwick posted that he "stands indicted .. for the killing of Roger Moore" and had surrendered to the Limerick County jail in order to stand trial. Smithwick, Patrick (I613)

259 In the Bentham abstract of the will for Thomas Smithwick of Ardree in 1749, he refers to his Uncle Patrick and sons Thomas and Robert. Patrick with sons Thomas and Robert are also mentioned in the deed memorial 18369 (https://irishdeedsindex.net/mem.php?memorial=18369). Smithwick, Patrick (I791)

260 In the family biography, the name is listed as Thomas, but based on the children named and records found, I believe it's actually John. Devine, John (I3464)

261 In the rolls of the London Drapers' Livery, a William Smithwick is listed as an apprentice to William Clere in 1539 (https://www.londonroll.org/event/?company=drp&event_id=DRLL1879). This is the same livery as possible son Richard and grandson Henry.

A William Smythicke also appears in the household of Henry VIII in August 1545 as a "sewer" in the queen's ordinary.
Smethwick, William? (I3341)

262 Info about Mary's presumed father: http://www.thrale.com/sites/all/libraries/tng/getperson.php?personID=I1374&tree=tree01 Thrale, Mary (I3392)

263 At least one living or private individual is linked to this note - Details withheld. Family F1788

264 It is not clear from the birth registration if Tilly was born to Anne Wisener born 1884 or her mother, Anne Wisener born 1865. In the 1911 census it lists Anne the younger's son John and Tilly, so this suggests that both are her children and are in her mother's care.

For the father, there were Darrahs living on Brook Street in Coleraine during the 1901 census.
Wisener, Tilly Darrah (I7338)

265 Jack Keating was a well respected general practioner in the town of New Milford. He died at the young age of 42 years leaving his widow, Terry, with the responsibility of raising their five children.  Keating, Dr. John Joseph (I461)

268 Joan first married her cousin Robert de Radclyffe of Todmorden. In 1398, Francis, Cardinal of Lusanna sent a letter, from St. Peters on Non mart 8 Boniface IX, to the Bishop of Lichfield or his vicar, confirming the validity of a matrimonial dispensation obtained by Robert de Radclyf of Todmorden and Joan, the daughter of John de Radclyf. See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Radcliffe-167 Family F1102

277 Laying aside the death in India question, I am seeing discharge papers for a Private Thomas Devine of the 88th Regiment in 1876, having served 17 years. Subtracting that from the family history claim he enlisted at 17 would put his birth around 1842, which would fit here. Devine, Thomas (I8957)
