      Robert Charles Rosol, 57, of Kensington, passed away peacefully on Friday April 14, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New Britain, son of the late Eugene M. and Ritamae (Duffy) Rosol. After graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1977, he graduated from Nichols College in 1981. Bob, a hard working entrepreneur, was the Owner and President of his family business, Martin Rosol?s, Inc. in New Britain. He was a 31 year member of Shuttle Meadow Country Club, and a member of St. Paul?s Church in Kensington. He was an active member of the New Britain community, where he was passionate about giving back. He enjoyed music, traveling, vintage cars, cooking, golf, the Red Sox, and most of all his family.

      Robert is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sarah (Stepeck) Rosol and their children, Timothy C. Rosol, Theodore M. Rosol and Shawna A. Rosol; his brother Richard Rosol and his wife Karen of New Britain; many nieces and nephews, and his loving dachshund, Ollie.

      Funeral services will be held Friday, April 21, 2017, at 10:30 from the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Square New Britain, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 1755 Stanley Street New Britain. Burial will follow St. Mary?s Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00 ? 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
